YOGA

YOGA is an ancient Indian tradition originated in India and practiced regularly by Yogis .Yoga is the most important and precious gift given by the nature from ancient time to get connected throughout the life with nature. It is a practice of uniting the mind and body in order to achieve perfect harmony between both. Regular practice of Yoga has become a way of life for millions of people throughout the world. The resolution of the United Nations Organisation to observe June 21 every year as “The International day of Yoga’’ which was supported by around 177 countries, recognizes this fact and full credit for this goes to the Central government under the able leadership of our beloved Prime Minister.
